Can I enroll in more than one class at a time?

Yes, you can enroll in as many classes as you like.

What is the minimum attendance requirement for the Certificate of Completion?

You must attend all 5 days to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Are there any prerequisites? Do I need prior experience or technical skills?

No prior technical experience is required for any of the three classes. If you are not sure which one fits your background, send us a short note at info@exelbymerak.com and we will point you to the right one.

English is not my first language. Can I still attend?

Classes are taught in English at a working professional level. Sessions are practical and discussion-based, and you are welcome to ask questions in Arabic — your instructor will answer in English. If you are unsure whether your English is at the right level, write to us at info@exelbymerak.com and we will talk it through.

How do I know I'm enrolled?

Your place is confirmed when your payment is completed. There is no application or approval step. You will receive a confirmation email immediately, and your joining instructions and pre-reads closer to the start date.

Where do the classes take place?

All in-person short classes are held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The exact venue is shared directly with registered participants once payment is confirmed.

Can I cancel? What is your refund policy?

You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 10 days before your class begins. Cancellations inside 10 days are not refundable. Full terms are shown at checkout before payment.
